Logistics Transport Coordinator

We are looking for a Transport Coordinator to join our team at at Sitics Logistic Solutions (p) Limited. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily vehicle allocation, scheduling, and transportation operations.

• Manage transport vendors, including availability, performance, rates, documentation, and service levels.

• Plan and balance transportation demand and vehicle supply based on business requirements.

• Monitor vehicle utilization, trip schedules, delivery timelines, and operational issues.

• Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, operations, and internal teams to ensure smooth transportation.

• Track transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

• Maintain transport records, reports, and performance dashboards.

• Resolve delays, vehicle shortages, and other transportation-related issues promptly.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and vendor agreements.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 3 - 5 years of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.
