JOB PROFILE :: TRANSPORT COORDINATOR

Job Description:

We are looking for a young, creative & dynamic professional who has at least 2 years of experience in the Heavy Commercial Vehicle Road Transport Industry (Trailers & Trucks) to look after Heavy Road Transport Vehicle Fleet of the company.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Knowledge of Transport Operation (Trailers/Trucks) with focus on efficient fleet management.

• Track vehicles through GPS and guide Trailer drivers as per company policies.

• Capable for Cost Management & Route Expenses (Rate Analysis, Tyre & Fuel, MIS & reporting on day-to-day basis)

• Maintain All Details related to billing parties and Payment Structure. Timely payments are critical task which has to be adhere.

• Tracking the running expenses of Vehicles.

• Transport planning and route optimization.

• Responsible to track the vehicle data for future maintenance, insurance as per in assigned timeline.

• Developing MIS reports & other statements with a view to apprise management of process operations and assisting in critical decision-making process.

• Trend analysis of key vehicle attributes (Fuel efficiency, cost of maintenance, tyre utilization, breakdowns and accidents).

• Identifying operational issues, potential problems and opportunities.

Required Experience:

• Advance Excel Competency is required.

• 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced work environment. (Only from Transportation Industry).

• Energetic and problem solver.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
