Job Description

Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of Pan-India FTL and PTL transportation operations.
- Experience in vehicle placement and fleet planning across multiple locations.
- Good understanding of transportation market rates and freight negotiation.
- Ability to develop and manage transporter/vendor relationships.
- Knowledge of route planning, transit management, and vehicle utilization.
- Experience in fleet tracking, GPS monitoring, and operational control.
- Understanding of logistics KPIs such as TAT, vehicle utilization, on-time delivery, and cost optimization.
- Ability to handle escalations and ensure smooth day-to-day transportation operations.
  Strong coordination and communication skills with clients, transporters, warehouse teams, and drivers.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements, e-way bills, permits, POD management, and documentation.
- Proficiency in MIS reporting and transportation performance analysis.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage urgent vehicle requirements and operational challenges.
Experience - 4 to 6 years in the related industry
