Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Sales Trainer to design and deliver training sessions for our sales team. This role focuses on onboarding new hires, building product knowledge, enhancing sales techniques, and ensuring consistent performance across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct structured induction training for new sales team members.
Train on product knowledge (packaging materials, SKUs, applications).
Teach sales techniques: lead generation, client communication, objection handling, upselling & cross-selling.
Train candidates on CRM tools, portals, and reporting systems.
Monitor trainee performance, provide feedback, and prepare progress reports.
Conduct refresher sessions for existing staff to improve productivity.
Collaborate with Sales Head/MD to align training with business goals.
Maintain updated training material, presentations, and role-play modules.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales/Marketing preferred).
3–6 years of experience in sales training, preferably in e-commerce or B2B sales.
Strong communication & presentation skills (Hindi & English).
Experience in preparing training modules & delivering interactive sessions.
Good knowledge of sales processes, CRM, and MS Office.
Ability to motivate, mentor, and build confidence in fresh hires.
Preferred Qualities:
Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, or e-commerce industries.

Ability to simplify complex concepts for easy understanding.
