Tour Travel Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily transport operations including scheduling and dispatching of vehicles.

• Monitor and manage drivers and helper staff for timely delivery and pickups.

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for efficient transportation of goods.

• Maintain records of vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and trip reports.

• Ensure proper documentation like challans, E-way bills, and delivery receipts are completed.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve delivery-related issues.

• Monitor GPS tracking systems to ensure route compliance and prevent misuse.

• Ensure vehicles are roadworthy and comply with safety and legal standards.

• Optimize routes and manage costs effectively.

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Knowledge of transport laws and regulations.

• Good understanding of local routes and logistics networks.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic transport management software.

• Ability to handle pressure and make quick decisions.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or Diploma holder (preferred in Logistics/Supply Chain).

• Working knowledge of Hindi and basic English.
