Key Responsibilities
Install and commission gym and fitness equipment at customer sites.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.
Repair treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, rowing machines, strength machines, and other fitness equipment.
Replace defective spare parts and components.
Conduct equipment inspections and performance testing.
Respond to customer service calls within the committed turnaround time.
Maintain service reports and installation records.
Coordinate with the spare parts and logistics teams.
Educate customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Maintain company tools and service equipment.
Travel to customer locations for installation and service assignments.
