We are looking for a Team Leader to join our team at Zippee Limited. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in recruiting and onboarding delivery riders

2. Support timely and safe order deliveries

3. Track rider attendance and basic performance metrics

4. Help address customer concerns and escalate issues when needed

5. Coordinate with store and warehouse teams for smooth operations

6. Maintain basic reports and update service records

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, and handling Riders

Good communication and willingness to learn

Ability to handle fast-paced work environments

Basic understanding of MS Excel
