Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager with specialized expertise in IT hardware procurement. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end supply chain for laptop parts, printer components, and IT peripherals. You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality components, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring a steady flow of inventory to support our technical service teams and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• IT Component Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and source genuine laptop parts (screens, motherboards, batteries, RAM, storage) and printer components (toners, fusers, rollers, logic boards) from reliable domestic and international distributors.

• Strategic Procurement: Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and service level agreements (SLAs) with hardware vendors to maximize cost savings and ensure part authenticity.

• Inventory & Stock Management: Maintain accurate stock levels of high-demand spare parts to ensure minimal downtime for client repairs while preventing overstocking.

• Vendor & RMA Management: Manage the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process for defective parts and evaluate vendor performance based on lead times and component quality.

• Logistics Coordination: Oversee the rapid dispatch and delivery of parts to IT support engineers and customer locations across service regions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: 12th pass

• Experience: 2 to 6 years of supply chain experience, with a strict requirement for hands-on experience in laptop and printer parts procurement.

• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of major IT hardware brands (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Canon, Epson, etc.) and their specific component lifecycles.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Inventory Management Software, ERP systems, and MS Excel for tracking part numbers and stock levels.
