Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Planning & Coordination • Prepare and maintain daily / weekly / monthly supply plans based on demand forecasts and sales inputs • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure material availability • Track inbound & outbound movement and highlight delays or risks proactively • Support dispatch planning and alignment with customer delivery timelines Inventory Management • Monitor stock levels, ageing, slow-moving & non-moving inventory • Maintain safety stock calculations and raise alerts for stock-outs or excess inventory • Reconcile physical vs system inventory and highlight variances Data Analysis & Reporting (Advanced Excel Focus) • Build and maintain Excel dashboards for: • Demand vs supply • Inventory health • Dispatch adherence • Fill rate & OTIF • Use advanced Excel functions such as: • VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH • Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts • SUMIFS / COUNTIFS • IF, nested formulas • Data validation & conditional formatting • Automate routine reports using Excel templates and macros (preferred) Stakeholder Management • Act as a single point of coordination between internal teams • Share MIS reports with management and flag exceptions • Support audits, reviews, and process improvement initiatives Key Skills & Competencies Technical Skills • Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory) • Strong understanding of supply chain processes – planning, inventory, logistics
