Job Description:
We are looking for a supervisor with strong experience in recruitment for transport and warehousing operations, along with a good understanding of HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and basic administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for transport and warehouse staff (drivers, loaders, pickers, packers, etc.)
Coordinate attendance management and ensure accurate data submission for payroll processing.
Maintain employee records and assist in onboarding and documentation.
Support in payroll coordination, leave management, and other HR operational activities.
Work closely with operations and HR teams to ensure manpower requirements are met.
Monitor workforce discipline, attendance, and daily operational activities at the site.
Prepare and share daily/weekly manpower and attendance reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations within transport or warehousing sector.
Good knowledge of attendance systems, payroll processes, and MS Excel.
Strong communication, coordination, and people management skills.
