About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Operations Supervisor to take charge of managing and scaling last-mile delivery operations across multiple locations. The role involves end-to-end supervision of 4–7 delivery branches spanning 2–3 districts, ensuring operational excellence, team performance, and delivery efficiency. This is a senior field leadership role ideal for professionals ready to take on high responsibility in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Oversee and manage last-mile delivery operations across multiple branches.

• Supervise the daily performance of in-house team and delivery personnel.

• Coordinate with vehicle vendors and recruit delivery personnel.

• Conduct regular visits to assigned branches to ensure process compliance and team alignment.

• Improve delivery route planning, use resources wisely, and ensure high service quality.

• Prepare and analyses performance reports to ensure team accountability, operational accuracy, and timely order deliveries."

• Oversee staffing, coordinate shift schedules, and ensure optimal workforce allocation across operations.

• Handle escalation management, client interaction (if required), and conduct training.

• Ensure all operations comply with SOPs, safety, and quality standards

Experience: in 3–5 years in logistics/last-mile delivery operations (Ecommerce- small shipment)
