Job Title: Supervisor – B2B/B2C Operations

Location: Vadape, Bhiwandi, Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 CTC per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to manage day-to-day B2B and B2C operations. The ideal candidate should have strong supervisory skills, excellent command of Advanced Microsoft Excel, and the ability to coordinate teams while ensuring smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily B2B and B2C operational activities.

- Monitor team productivity and ensure targets are achieved.

- Prepare and maintain operational reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, IF functions, Charts, MIS Reports).

- Coordinate with internal departments and clients to ensure smooth operations.

- Track inventory, dispatches, order processing, and customer issues.

- Analyze data and prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.

- Ensure process compliance and maintain high service standards.

- Train and guide team members to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel.

- Experience handling B2B & B2C operations.

- Excellent supervisory and team management skills.

- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Relevant experience in operations, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain supervision is preferred.
