Supervisor

• Maintain discipline on shop floor and ensure workers follow company rules, shift timings, and safety practices.

• Supervise daily warehouse activities like loading, unloading, stacking, and dispatch.

• Ensure physical stock count is completed accurately with Accounts and Inventory team within timelines.

• Achieve productivity targets by proper manpower utilization and work planning.

• Ensure all inbound and outbound documents are prepared correctly as per SOP.

• Ensure correct vehicle loading and timely dispatch with 100% checking.

• Coordinate with transport team for timely vehicle placement.

• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices and keep expired stock separately in quarantine area.

• Report damaged or deviated products to senior/QA team immediately.

• Maintain proper warehouse arrangement, housekeeping, and clear movement pathways.

• Ensure pallets are handled properly; damaged pallets to be segregated for repair.

• Ensure proper and safe use of BOPT/HOPT and other warehouse equipment.

• Monitor safety practices continuously and ensure zero accidents inside warehouse.

Take complete control of all floor activities in assigned area and ensure work is completed safely and on time.
