Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities and personnel.
• Monitor production output to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and
timelines.
• Allocate resources efficiently to meet production schedules and minimize downtime.
• Enforce safety, cleanliness, and hygiene protocols across the production floor.
• Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during production and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Train and mentor production workers to ensure high performance and adherence to SOPs.
• Identify areas for process improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure inventory of raw materials and packaging materials is adequate for production.
Requirements:
➢ Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Technology, Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field.
➢ 3+ years of experience in food production or FMCG manufacturing, preferably in the poultry or dairy
industry.
➢ Strong leadership and team management skills.
➢ Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and FSSAI compliance.
➢ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
➢ Familiarity with production planning and basic inventory management.
➢ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
➢ Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is a plus.
