Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory & Stock Management
- Maintain accurate stock levels across all SKUs.
- Perform regular stock counting, verification, and reconciliation.
- Update stock registers and digital inventory sheets daily.
- Ensure proper storage of products in designated bins/locations with correct SKU tagging.
- Report discrepancies or stock shortages immediately.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Pick, pack, and prepare parcels as per order requirements.
- Ensure correct items, quantities, and product quality before dispatch.
- Generate packing lists, invoices, and related documents.
- Manage courier bookings through FedEx, BlueDart, and other logistics partners.
- Track dispatched shipments and maintain records of AWB numbers.
3. Warehouse Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse and store area.
- Manage inward stock from vendors and verify items received.
- Coordinate with the store manager and operations team for daily tasks.
- Follow proper SOPs for material handling and storage safety.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily MIS reports for stock movement, dispatch, and pending orders.
- Maintain digital logs using MS Excel & MS Word.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, updated, and audit-ready.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word (Mandatory).
- Experience in stock management, warehouse operations, or dispatch handling.
- Ability to use courier booking portals.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse activities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Minimum education: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse/store operations.
- Experience in handling online order dispatch is an added advantage.
