Store Supervisor

A Store Supervisor oversees daily retail operations, manages staff, ensures customer satisfaction, and drives sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Supervise, train, and mentor employees, including sales associates, cashiers, and stockers; create schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient store operations.

• Customer Service: Address and resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels .

• Sales and Financial Oversight: Monitor sales performance, manage budgets, handle cash operations, and prepare financial reports .

• Inventory and Stock Control: Track inventory levels, restock shelves, manage product displays, and implement measures to prevent theft or wastage .

• Store Operations: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with operational standards; oversee opening and closing procedures .

• Marketing and Promotions: Assist in implementing sales strategies, promotions, and product placement to maximize revenue Kaplan.

• Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Store Manager or Regional Manager regarding store performance, staff productivity, and operational issues .
