Job Title: Store Supervisor

Industry: Manufacturing (LED Lights & Bulbs)

Location: Bommasandra , Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise overall store operations including receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials, components, and finished goods.

• Maintain inventory records accurately in ERP/manual systems.

• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely supply of materials for LED lights and bulbs assembly.

• Monitor inward & outward stock movement with proper documentation (GRN, Issue Slips, Dispatch notes).

• Ensure FIFO/FEFO method is followed for material handling.

• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

• Oversee packaging & dispatch of finished goods to customers/distributors.

• Ensure proper storage conditions for electronic components, drivers, PCBs, and other fragile items.

• Train and guide store staff for effective workflow.

• Implement and follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards in the store area.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Preferred in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field).

• Experience: 1–5 years in storekeeping/warehouse supervision in a manufacturing industry (electronics/LED preferred).

• Strong knowledge of inventory management, dispatch, and ERP systems.

• Ability to lead a team and coordinate with multiple departments.

• Good communication and reporting skills.
