Store Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

• Receive the materials supplied by the vendor as per the purchase order placed by the Purchase Department.

• Oversee store maintenance and ensure cleanliness and safety standards.

• Thoroughly check materials for correct quantity, specifications, and condition.

• Organize the store materials according to their category in designated locations.

• Take necessary measures for the proper care and preservation of materials.

• Conduct periodic stock verification and ensure stock accuracy at all times.

• Issue materials to to the sites as per the requirements.

• Keep the store area neat and clean.

• To take safety measure for the safely by store house, materials and men working in store.

• Generate reports and submit to concern authorities.

• Implement safety measures to ensure the security of the storehouse, materials, and personnel working in the store.

• Carry out the disposal of scrap materials as per the procedure.

• Maintain all store-related documents properly.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in store management role

• Good knowledge of interior design and construction materials and furniture

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Flexible to work on weekends as per store requirements
