Store Manager

JOB OFFER BY MAGSON - AHMEDABAD - Position: Store Manager

Salary Range: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Experience: 5–8 years as a Store Manager in a supermarket, hypermarket, or FMCG retail chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store.

Lead, train, supervise, and prepare work schedules for the store team.

Drive store sales and monitor profitability.

Ensure effective inventory management, stock availability, FIFO practices, merchandising, and regular stock audits.

Control stock losses, damage, expiry, and operational discrepancies.

Maintain high standards of customer service.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and store procedures.

Submit daily sales and operational reports to management.

Candidate Requirements:

Strong knowledge of supermarket operations, FMCG products, and inventory management.

Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Working knowledge of MS Excel and POS systems.

Candidates based in Goa or willing to relocate to Goa will be preferred.

Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately or at short notice.
