Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1.Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch of goods.

2.     Oversee inventory management across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Shopify, etc.).

3.     Ensure accurate stock levels through regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation.

4.     Coordinate with logistics partners and courier companies for timely delivery.

5.     Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory methods to reduce wastage and stock aging.

6.     Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure productivity.

7. Handle inventory, stock control, billing, and vendor coordination.

8.     Handle returns, reverse logistics, and damaged goods efficiently.

9.     Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with operational standards.

10.  Generate daily/weekly reports on stock status, order fulfillment, and dispatch performance.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.

·       Proven experience in warehouse/store management, preferably in e-commerce.

·       Knowledge of e-commerce marketplace dashboards and ERP/WMS software.

·       Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

·       Ability to handle high-volume orders and meet SLA deadlines.

·       Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

• 2–3 years in multi-store management.
