Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 3 to 4 years in Store/Warehouse operations with knowledge of Import & Export documentation

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end store operations including inward and outward material movement, inventory control, and storage.

Supervise daily warehouse activities ensuring accuracy in stock keeping, dispatches, and receipts.

Maintain inventory levels, stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and FIFO system.

Handle import and export documentation including:

Bill of Entry

Shipping Bills

LC (Letter of Credit) documentation

Customs clearance coordination

Coordination with CHA, freight forwarders, and transporters

Ensure timely inwarding of imported goods and documentation compliance for export shipments.

Prepare MIS reports – stock, inventory, shipments, and documentation tracking.

Coordinate with production, procurement, quality, and logistics teams for smooth material flow.

Ensure compliance with statutory, customs, and excise regulations.

Implement 5S, safety, and lean practices in store operations.

Key Requirements:

Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent.

3–4 years of experience in a manufacturing store/warehouse environment.

Strong knowledge of import-export documentation and customs processes.

Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Good communication and coordination skills.

Knowledge of ISO/quality systems is an added advantage.
