Job Title: Store Keeper
Location: Ghaziabad

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Store Keeper to manage all on-site store operations at our Ghaziabad project. The ideal candidate should have strong organisational skills, knowledge of construction materials, and hands-on experience in inventory and stock management.
Maintain and manage the store inventory, ensuring proper storage and cleanliness.
Receive, check and record all incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
Issue materials to site teams as per approved requisitions.
Maintain daily stock registers (manual and digital) with accuracy.
Verify material quantity and quality as per delivery challans and purchase orders.
Coordinate with the purchase department for material requirements and shortages.
Keep track of fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory.
Ensure proper labeling, stacking and storage of materials to avoid damage or loss.
Conduct periodic stock audits and prepare reports.
Maintain proper documentation including GRN, issue slips, return slips etc.
Coordinate with vendors, transporters and site engineers for timely material flow.
Follow safety and compliance guidelines within the store premises.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Store Keeper in Construction / Real Estate / Infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and basic inventory software.
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Honest, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
Any additional certification in store or inventory management is a plus.
