Receive, inspect, and verify goods against purchase orders and delivery notes
Ensure proper storage of food items, beverages, and supplies as per hygiene and safety standards (FIFO/FEFO)
Maintain accurate stock records, bin cards, and inventory logs
Issue materials to kitchen, housekeeping, F&B, or other departments as per requisitions
Assist in regular stock counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation
Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or expiries to the Storekeeper/Manager
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and company SOPs
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments when required
Support cost control by minimizing wastage and pilferage
