Job Title: Store Executive – Construction Project

Location: Mumbai

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Store Executive for our Construction Site (Bandra Kurla Complex) at Mumbai. This role is essential in overseeing the day-to-day operations of store and inventory management across our regional site at Mumbai. The candidate will ensure the timely availability of materials for construction projects and coordinate effectively with logistics and cross-functional teams. A hands-on problem solver, the candidate must be capable of managing material issues from High-Level Design (HLD) to Low-Level Design (LLD).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor material movement and stock levels.

• Maintain efficient stock control processes using best industry practices.

• Ensure timely availability of materials to meet construction deadlines.

• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth transport and delivery.

• Work closely with procurement, planning, and project execution teams.

• Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to inventory and material movement.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve inventory or supply-related issues across project sites.

• Enforce safety and compliance standards in all store operations.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Material Handling practices.

• Proven expertise in Stock Control and Inventory Management.

• Experience in coordinating Logistic Support for construction projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills from HLD to LLD.

• Proficiency in inventory software or ERP systems is a plus.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
