We require a “Store Keeper ” for our client based at Pudur, Telangana.

The said job opening is on CONTRACT BASIS for the period of One Year and extended further depending on client’s requirement.

Qualification & Experience: Any Graduate with 5+ Years of Experience in Pipelines/Terminal /Oil & Gas. 

Flexible Working Hours: Total working hours will be 45 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility to accommodate operational requirements as per Manager’s instruction. This can be structured across six days with eight hours each, OR five days with nine hours each, OR as per the business requirements of their respective departments. No additional compensation for overtime is applicable.

Job Description-

·         Basic functions, to manage a store, carried out are:

Receiving of incoming consignments (goods).

Safe keeping of goods (Custody).

Disposal of undesirable goods.

Inventory Management.

Housekeeping and record maintenance.

·         Incoming Material Management:

Once the material has been received and cleared through inspection and

Accepted for use, it needs safe custody till its used.

Separate physical storage space, open or closed, as per need. It maintains all

Documents that are able to trace an item, show all its details and preserve it up to

its shelf life in the manner prescribed or till it is issued for use.

Receive and preserve the material and then to issue it to the user, as and when

Needed.

Material Re-acceptance, discrepancy, and rejection handling process against

Receipt material.

·         Material Issue and return against user reservation and to maintain correct entries

in SAP.

·         To ensure inventory accuracy, traceability and preservation of O&M items stocked

in warehouse and maintain the perpetual inventory on monthly basis.

·         Inter site stock transfer of material received at Regional Warehouse to Sub-

Warehouses in the region as per distribution matrix from user and as per user

Requirements basis from various locations.

·         Returnable and Non-returnable out gate pass related activity for user, R&R

Material etc. and ROGP overdue tracking and coordination with concern user for

Close / extension of these ROGP’s in SAP.

·         Responsible to carry out material transfer process against Inter site stock material

Transfer (641/642 Mvt.), Inter site non stock / user material transfer (561/562

Mvt.), Inter site material transfer process for cannibalized spares (ZRW Mvt.),

Stock transfer between plant to plant (301Mvt.), Sloc to Sloc (311 Mvt.), one

Material code to another code (309 Mvt.), Splitting of parent to child material.

·         Preserving the materials till its use and to maintain preservation activity in SAP

Through PM orders module within timeline and as per task list, some materials

Might get obsolete and unserviceable and may require removal from stores.

·         Scrap disposal documentations to be carried out in portal with correct entries after

Declaration from concern user and area Incharge. Arrange for weighment of scrap

With the help of CS Security during disposal activity and print Invoice and ensure

That the quantities as mentioned in the Invoice matches with the physical

Quantities being removed by the Scrap Dealer.

·         Support in managing, packaging based on user guideline / inputs and creation of

Packing list in system for Re-Import & Re-Export consignment for Repair &

Refurbishment Equipment’s, and correct ROGP / DC against FC& Tax Invoice

Till CHA yard for further dispatch activity.

·         Shelf-life material tracking for disposal or extension action in consultation with

Concern user.
