We are looking for a Store Incharge to join our team at at Skyraise Business Services Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers ₹20000 - ₹30000 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Responsible for driving end-to-end store operations including receiving, inventory management, outbound, and returns.
Team Management: Manage a team of up to 15 staff members; delegate tasks, train, monitor, and mentor store employees.
Process Adherence (100%): Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, checklists, and defined processes. Maintain all mandatory registers and records accurately.
Quality Control: Maintain quality standards as per company guidelines.
Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports such as MIS reports, write-offs, and cycle count
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is PUC and 3 - 6 years of experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. Besides this, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and ability to manage time effectively is a plus.
