Job description:

Inventory Management:
Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, receiving and inspecting incoming goods, and monitoring
stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Storage and Organization:
Ensuring proper storage of goods, organizing the store or warehouse, and maintaining cleanliness and
order.
Receiving and Dispatching:
Receiving deliveries from suppliers, verifying the accuracy and condition of goods, and preparing items
for shipment or transfer.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and adjustments.
Stocktaking and Audits:
Conducting regular stock checks and reconciling discrepancies between physical stock and records.
Ensuring Safety:
Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Communication and Coordination:
Collaborating with other team members, suppliers, and potentially customers.
Customer Service (if applicable):
Assisting customers with purchases or inquiries.
Basic Computer Literacy:
Using inventory management software, data entry, and report generation.
