Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations Management:

  Oversee all day-to-day activities to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning. 

• Staff Supervision:

  Lead, train, and motivate store staff, manage scheduling, and conduct performance evaluations. 

• Inventory Management:

  Maintain optimal inventory levels, manage stock control, and coordinate with vendors for on-time delivery of new stock. 

• Customer Service:

  Ensure a high standard of customer service, handle customer complaints and queries professionally, and assist in sales and promotions. 

• Financial Management:

  Manage cash handling, perform cash register operations and reconciliations, track sales performance, and prepare financial reports. 

• Store Maintenance:

  Keep the store clean, organized, and safe, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. 

• Vendor and Supplier Coordination:

  Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure the consistent availability of home appliances and related supplies. 

• Promotional Activities:

  Implement promotional campaigns and designs to attract customers and drive sales. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Leadership & Management: Strong leadership, team management, and staff supervision skills. 

• Customer Service: Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities. 

• Inventory & Retail Management: Experience in inventory management, stock control, and understanding retail software. 

• Problem-Solving: Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and apply problem-solving skills to handle issues. 

• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, customers, and vendors. 

• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to maintain store efficiency and order. 

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of retail management software. 

• Experience: Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within the home appliances sector.
