Key Responsibilities:

Maintain proper records of material inward & outward (GRN, issue slips, stock register)
Receive materials from vendors and verify quantity & quality as per PO
Ensure proper stacking, storage, and safety of materials on site
Issue materials to site team as per requirement and maintain documentation
Monitor stock levels and inform purchase team for reorder
Maintain daily stock report and inventory records
Coordinate with site engineers & purchase department
Handle material reconciliation and stock audits
Maintain proper documentation like delivery challans, invoices, gate entries
Ensure minimum wastage and proper material handling
Follow all safety and housekeeping standards in store area
