Job Description

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
Verify purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
Ensure proper storage and identification of materials.
Issue materials to production based on approved requisitions.
Maintain accurate stock records in Odoo ERP.
Perform daily inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase Department for replenishment.
Conduct periodic stock verification and annual physical inventory.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the store area.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Accounts departments.
