Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for end-to-end store and inventory management, ensuring accurate stock records, smooth material movement, and coordination with production, purchase, and accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records in Tally and Excel
Handle material inward & outward, GRN, issue, and returns
Coordinate with purchase for reorder levels
Inform accounts for invoicing once material is ready
Ensure FIFO, proper storage, and documentation
Ensure proper storage of items in warehouse
Dispatching of goods

Skills & Requirements

Graduate / Diploma (any discipline)
2- 5 years experience in stores / inventory management
Mandatory: Working knowledge of Tally (Inventory & GST)
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
Good coordination and follow-up skills
