Inward & Outward Movement

● Manage the inward and outward movement of batteries and related materials.

● Verify incoming quantities and supporting documentation (invoices, challans, gate passes) before acceptance.

● Ensure only approved and quality-cleared materials are received into inventory.

● Issue and dispatch stock against approved orders with correct documentation (delivery challan, gate pass, etc.).

Inventory Control & Accuracy

● Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification and reconciliation.

● Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records in the system and stock registers.

● Track stock levels and promptly report low-stock, fast-moving, and slow-moving items to the reporting manager.

Storage, Identification & Safety

● Ensure proper identification, labeling, and systematic storage of all stock.

● Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas in line with battery-handling and safety norms.

Returns, Warranty & Coordination

● Handle returns and damaged / warranty stock, segregating and recording them separately with proper records.
