Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials against Purchase Orders (POs) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).

• Verify material quantity and quality in coordination with the Quality team.

• Store materials systematically with proper identification, labeling, and organization.

• Issue materials against approved material requisitions.

• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.

• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with periodic physical stock verification.

• Monitor inventory levels and notify the Purchase team of replenishment requirements.

• Maintain all store-related records and documentation accurately.

• Coordinate effectively with Production, Purchase, Sales, Quality, and Dispatch departments to ensure timely material availability.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety guidelines, and 5S practices within the store.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related discipline.

• 0–2 years of experience in store or inventory management in a manufacturing environment.

• Fresh graduates with relevant internships or a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of store operations and inventory management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and our own ERP software.

• Good communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional people / team environment.
