Store Helper

We are looking for a Store Helper to join our team at at Tech Sales And Services. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers ₹16,629 - ₹20,000 with growth opportunities.

Store Helper – Job Responsibilities

A Store Helper is responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the store by handling materials, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

1. Load and unload materials from trucks and vehicles safely.

2. Receive incoming goods and verify quantity and condition against delivery documents.

3. Arrange and store materials in designated storage locations.

4. Assist in packing, labeling, and dispatching materials as per delivery requirements.

5. Support stock counting and physical inventory verification.

6. Keep the store, warehouse, and storage racks clean, organized, and safe.

7. Move materials within the warehouse using trolleys, hand pallet trucks, or other approved equipment.

8. Assist the Store In-Charge in issuing and receiving materials.

9. Ensure proper handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.

10. Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) procedures where applicable.

11. Report damaged, missing, or excess materials to the Store In-Charge.

12. Maintain proper housekeeping and comply with all safety regulations.

13. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required while handling materials.

14. Assist in preparing materials for production or customer dispatch.

15. Perform any other store or warehouse-related duties assigned by the Store In-Charge or Management.
