Product Packaging: Securely wrap and pack electronic items (such as PCBs, biometric devices, or sensors) using appropriate anti-static materials, bubble wrap, and customized foam inserts to prevent damage during transit.
Verification: Cross-check physical products against invoices, packing lists, or delivery challenges to ensure accuracy in quantity and model specifications.
Labeling: Generate and apply accurate shipping labels, "Fragile" stickers, and outward courier slips.
Inventory Assistance: Help the warehouse team in organizing stock, performing periodic counts, and maintaining a clean, static-free packing zone.
Dispatch Coordination: Prepare outgoing Consignment Notes (CN) and coordinate with courier partners or drivers for timely daily pickups.
Documentation: Maintain a basic log of daily inward/outward movement and ensure all warranty cards or manuals are included in the boxes.
