Store Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations for raw materials, consumables, packing materials and finished goods.

• Receive, inspect, count and record incoming materials as per PO, invoice and delivery documents.

• Maintain proper GRN, stock records, inward/outward registers and material documentation.

• Handle storage and inventory of paper reels, kraft paper, starch/chemicals, inks, adhesives, tapes, pallets and other consumables.

• Ensure proper material identification, stacking, storage and FIFO practices.

• Issue raw materials and consumables to Production, Corrugation and Printing departments as per approved requirements.

• Maintain accurate physical stock and system stock and conduct regular stock verification.

• Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and coordinate with Purchase for timely replenishment.

• Track material consumption, shortages, damages, wastage and discrepancies and report to the concerned HOD.

• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, PPC, Quality, Dispatch and Accounts for smooth material flow.

• Maintain proper records of rejected, damaged, excess and obsolete materials.

• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and 5S within the store area.

• Support monthly/periodic stock audits and reconciliation of physical vs. system inventory.

• Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports, stock reports and material movement reports.

• Follow company SOPs, inventory control procedures and safety guidelines.

Key Skills

• Knowledge of inventory and warehouse management

• Good understanding of corrugated box/packaging materials

• Basic knowledge of ERP/SAP and MS Excel

• Good documentation and record-keeping skills

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Ability to manage stock accurately and efficiently

• Knowledge of FIFO, GRN, material issue/receipt and stock reconciliation

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
