Store Executive (Junior) – Roles & Responsibilities

• Receive incoming raw materials, consumables, and packing materials as per Purchase Order and Delivery Challan.

• Verify the quantity and condition of materials received.

• Prepare Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and update stock records in the ERP/system.

• Ensure proper storage and identification of materials as per company standards.

• Issue materials to production departments against authorized Material Requisition Slips (MRS).

• Maintain accurate records of all material receipts, issues, and stock movements.

• Assist in daily stock verification and periodic physical inventory counts.

• Maintain minimum and reorder stock levels and report shortages to the Store In-charge.

• Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and organization of the store.

• Label and arrange materials for easy identification and retrieval.

• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.

• Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and Quality departments for smooth material flow.

• Report damaged, expired, or non-moving inventory to the reporting manager.

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of store-related records.

• Comply with company safety policies and store operating procedures.

• Support internal and external inventory audits by providing required records and information.

• Perform any other store-related tasks assigned by the Store In-charge or HOD.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
