Store Executive

Store Executive – Roles & Responsibilities (1–3 Years Experience)

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials as per purchase orders and delivery challans.

• Ensure proper GRN entry in ERP/Tally/Excel and maintain accurate stock records.

• Store raw materials, consumables, finished goods, and spares as per FIFO / FEFO method.

• Issue materials to production against approved requisitions and maintain issue records.

• Conduct daily / weekly / monthly stock verification and reconcile physical vs system stock.

• Monitor minimum stock levels and inform seniors for timely replenishment.

• Maintain proper bin cards, labeling, and storage location identification.

• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments for material movement and documentation.

• Handle returnable / non-returnable materials and maintain related records.

• Ensure housekeeping, safety, and compliance inside the store area (5S, safety norms).

• Support internal and external audits by providing stock reports and documents.

• Maintain records for damaged, obsolete, or slow-moving inventory and report deviations.

• Ensure proper documentation for inward, outward, and inter-department material transfers.

• Follow company policies, inventory control procedures, and statutory requirements.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
