Store Executive

1. Inventory Management

• Maintain stock of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods.

• Perform daily stock updates in the inventory software / Excel.

• Ensure FIFO / FEFO method for all Ayurvedic & herbal materials.

2. Material Inward & Outward

• Receive and inspect incoming materials with invoices.

• Prepare inward entry and get QC approval before issuing materials.

• Issue raw materials to production as per Material Requisition Slip (MRS).

• Maintain outward and dispatch records for finished products.

3. Documentation & Record Keeping

• Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), stock register, and daily inventory reports.

• Keep updated records as per AYUSH & GMP requirements.

• Ensure proper documentation for batch-wise materials.

4. Store Organization & Housekeeping

• Maintain clean, well-organized store with proper labeling.

• Ensure proper storage conditions for herbs, extracts, and packaging materials.

• Monitor pest control & hygiene standards.

5. Coordination

• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, QC, and Dispatch teams.

• Inform the management about low stock levels and requirements.

• Assist in stock audits (monthly/quarterly).

6. Dispatch & Logistics Support

• Prepare dispatch orders, packing lists, invoices (if required).

• Coordinate with courier/transport for timely deliveries.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
