Store Executive

• Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of fire safety equipment and materials (e.g., extinguishers, hoses, detectors, alarms, valves, panels).

• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management software.

• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of sensitive or hazardous materials as per safety standards.

• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for stock replenishment and deliveries.

• Prepare and maintain documents such as GRNs, delivery notes, and stock registers.

• Support project and service teams with timely dispatch and return of tools and materials.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.

• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
