Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Executive to manage the company's inventory, inward and outward material, stock records, material identification, storage, and coordination with Purchase, Sales, Accounts, and Dispatch teams.
The candidate should have good knowledge of inventory management, Excel/ERP, stock handling, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming materials from suppliers and verify quantity, part number, description, and condition.
Check materials against Purchase Orders, invoices, delivery challans, and packing lists.
Prepare and maintain Material Inward / GRN records.
Properly label and store materials according to product type, part number, and location.
Maintain accurate physical and system-based inventory records.
Issue materials against approved requirements and maintain Material Outward records.
Coordinate with the Sales and Purchase teams regarding material availability.
Prepare materials for customer dispatch and coordinate with the dispatch team.
Ensure correct part number, quantity, and specifications before dispatch.
Maintain proper records of returned, damaged, excess, short, and rejected materials.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile differences with system stock.
Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the Purchase/Sales team about shortages.
Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards in the store.
Keep high-value and sensitive automation products properly secured.
Maintain records of Siemens, SICK, PLC, HMI, VFD, sensors, cables, electrical components, and panel materials.
Support stock audits and provide inventory reports to management.
Maintain proper documentation for all inward and outward movements.
Follow company procedures for inventory control and material handling.
