Store Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain accurate records of inward and outward material.

• Ensure proper stock levels and avoid shortages or excess inventory.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with records.

• Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory.

Material Handling & Storage

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials.

• Maintain FIFO / LIFO as per company policy.

• Prevent material damage, loss, or pilferage.

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store area.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, and stock registers.

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

• Coordinate with accounts for bill verification and stock valuation.

• Maintain proper documentation for audits.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with Purchase for material requirements and shortages.

• Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions.

• Coordinate with logistics for dispatch and receipt of materials.

• Communicate stock status to management regularly.

Compliance & Safety

• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.

• Ensure compliance with audit and statutory requirements.

• Implement best practices in store management.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of inventory management

• Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP/Tally preferred)

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to manage workload and priorities

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate / Diploma (preferred)

• 2–5 years of experience as Store In-Charge / Store Executive

• Experience in manufacturing / warehouse / retail environment preferred

• Inventory accuracy

• Timely material issuance

• Stock loss or damage control

• Audit compliance

• Reporting accuracy

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
