Managed receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, intermediates, and packaging materials as per GMP guidelines.
Maintained stock records in ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle—customizable) ensuring accurate batch-wise and lot-wise traceability.
Coordinated with production, QC, QA, and procurement for timely material availability and reconciliations.
Ensured compliance with cGMP, GDP, and regulatory documentation requirements during material handling and storage.
Conducted physical stock verification, cycle counts, and inventory audits to maintain optimum stock levels.
Oversaw proper labeling, storage conditions (temperature, humidity), and segregation of approved, rejected, and quarantined materials.
Supported dispatch activities, including preparation of delivery challans, COAs, packing lists, and logistics coordination.
Ensured safe material handling, adherence to SOPs, and maintained 5S in the warehouse area.
