• Managed receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, intermediates, and packaging materials as per GMP guidelines.

• Maintained stock records in ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle—customizable) ensuring accurate batch-wise and lot-wise traceability.

• Coordinated with production, QC, QA, and procurement for timely material availability and reconciliations.

• Ensured compliance with cGMP, GDP, and regulatory documentation requirements during material handling and storage.

• Conducted physical stock verification, cycle counts, and inventory audits to maintain optimum stock levels.

• Oversaw proper labeling, storage conditions (temperature, humidity), and segregation of approved, rejected, and quarantined materials.

• Supported dispatch activities, including preparation of delivery challans, COAs, packing lists, and logistics coordination.

• Ensured safe material handling, adherence to SOPs, and maintained 5S in the warehouse area.
