· Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, food products, packaging materials, and supplies.
· Verify quantity and quality of goods against purchase orders and delivery documents.
· Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory in accordance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
· Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software systems and physical registers.
· Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
· Conduct regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock audits.
· Implement and follow FIFO (First In First Out) / FEFO (First Expiry First Out) inventory practices.
· Issue materials to production, kitchen, and operations teams as per approved requisitions.
· Coordinate with procurement for receipt discrepancies, damaged goods, and pending deliveries.
· Manage loading, unloading, and internal movement of goods within the warehouse/store area.
· Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the store and storage areas.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock movement reports
