Job Description –

• Inventory Reconciliation with physical and system (weekly activity and submit report to account dept.)

• Verify Inward outward material traffic with invoice copy / purchase order & Tally.

• Collect Invoice Acknowledge Copy Report from all branches & filling the same.

• Punch -billing and purchase invoices, if required, by account team.  Also drill-down mismatch & clear negative stock. 

• Manage all local deliveries.

• Arrange Material with Logistic Person.

• Share Ageing stock to respective salesperson.

• As per requirement any additional accounting work assigned by seniors.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
