Key Responsibilities
Manage daily inward and outward movement of materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and categorization of materials.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely reordering.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.
Coordinate material movement between stores and production.
Report shortages, damages, and stock discrepancies to management.
Required Skills
Good inventory and store management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and stock documentation.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
