Store Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end daily operations of the dark store to ensure efficiency and timely fulfillment of customer orders.

• Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage inventory, receiving, put-away, picking, and packaging.

• Ensure orders are picked and dispatched accurately and within promised delivery timelines.

• Monitor real-time stock levels, minimize shrinkage, and ensure stock accuracy.

• Train and supervise store executives, pickers, packers, and delivery partners.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the facility as per SOPs.

• Coordinate with supply chain and central teams to ensure replenishment and proper stocking.

• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or handheld devices for order processing and tracking.

• Track KPIs such as order accuracy, picking speed, on-time dispatch, and staff productivity.

• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
