Store Assistant

• Receive and verify incoming stock and supplies from vendors.

• Maintain accurate inventory records of all stock items.

• Ensure proper storage of food, beverages, packaging, and other supplies.

• Issue materials and products to the kitchen and service team based on requisitions.

• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

• Monitor stock levels and assist in reordering to prevent shortages or excess.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storeroom as per FSSAI standards.

• Coordinate with purchase and kitchen teams for timely supply and delivery.

• Ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) stock rotation to minimize wastage.

• Maintain documentation for audits and internal controls.
