We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Store Manager / Job Assistant to manage solar materials and support daily operations. This role sits at the heart of our solar installation workflow—ensuring the right material reaches the right site at the right time. Manage inventory of solar panels, inverters, structures, cables, fasteners, and accessories
Issue and receive material for rooftop solar installation sites
Maintain stock records, inward–outward entries, and daily reports
Coordinate with installation teams and purchase department
Ensure proper storage, safety, and handling of solar equipment
Track shortages, damages, and material requirements in advance
Support job-site material planning and logistics
Keep the store clean, organized, and audit-ready
Basic knowledge of solar products or electrical materials (preferred)
Experience in store management, warehouse handling, or job assistance
Ability to maintain records (manual or basic computer use)
Good coordination and communication skills
Responsible, disciplined, and detail-focused mindset
Freshers with learning attitude are welcome
0–3 years preferred (solar / electrical field is a plus)
