Job Description: Stock Manager

Location: Ghevra, Delhi
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience)
Requirement: Good knowledge of Advanced Excel

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain day-to-day stock inventory.

• Monitor stock movement, update stock registers, and ensure accuracy.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports using Advanced Excel.

• Coordinate with the purchase and production teams for stock requirements.

• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials.

• Identify stock discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials.

• Handle dispatch and inward stock documentation.

• Maintain minimum stock levels and raise alerts when stock is low.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS reporting, etc.)

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Prior experience in inventory or warehouse management preferred.

• Ability to work accurately and responsibly.

• Basic understanding of stock management systems/software (added advantage).

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
